Field of Application:
Suitable for machining stainless steel, standard and special steel, aluminium, titanium, non-ferrous metals, alloys, fibreglass, plastic, stone, wood etc. Deep-pore cleaning of materials (sandblast effect), removal of rust, corrosion residue, scale, dirt, stubborn paint residue, coatings and discolouration, particularly on stainless steels, matting surfaces, easy deburring work, for use on drills or speed-controlled straight grinders
Advice:
- Nylon fleece with evenly distributed silicon carbide
- Highly aggressive cleaning performance owing to hard and dense grain bonding agent structure
- Discs do not clog or smear
- Extremely long service life, as abrasive grains are distributed evenly through the full material thickness
- Uniform grinding finish
- Minimal heat generation
- Can be optimally adjusted to the workpiece surface
- Low noise level
- Free from substances susceptible to corrosion, Fe-, S-, Cl-free (< 0.1 %)
