DIN 345, HSS-Co, TiAlN-coated, morse taper
HSS-Co twist drill bit with morse taper for stationary machines. Type H, right-hand cutting, ground, TiAIN (titanium-aluminium-nitride) coating,
HSS-Co 8 %.
Application area:
Suitable for HARDOX® 450 (for HARDOX® 500 and 550, preliminary testing is required) and for very hard materials up to 1400 N/mm² such as excavator shovels, truck superstructures, snowploughs, agricultural machines, armour plating etc.
Advice:
Cutting values/rotation speed in HARDOX 450: 18 mm 110-140 rpm; 20 mm 100-130 rpm; 22 mm 90-120 rpm; 24 mm 80-100 rpm
