Ceramic abrasive flap disc - a marvel in abrasion

The Ultra Ceramic mop has specially designed lamella flaps that ensure a uniquely excellent abrasion rate. The mop disc is structured in such a way that the lamella flaps do not have much overlap, meaning they can be used until the vast majority of the surface is worn.

Application area:

Tempered and acid-resistant steels ensure optimal performance. The Ultra Ceramic mop comes into its own in tough applications on edges.

Field of Application:

Chamfering, welding seam machining, deburring, burnishing etc.

Advantages:

Cost efficiency thanks to optimum utilisation of the complete sanding surface due to specially shaped lamellae
Wide contact surface of the lamellae - more abrasive grains are in use at the same time - for maximum stock removal rate
Always a fresh abrasive layer: Wear exposes the lamella flaps underneath
50 % less noise, less vibration, faster work, better performance and better surface results in comparison to roughing.
Innovative ceramic abrasive grain - abrasive grain is always sharp - for extreme stock removal and service life
