HSS-Co 5 %/TiCN surface coating (TiCN = titanium carbo-nitride) to prevent formation of built-up edges; inhibits adhesion of material. Recommended application: Cutting speed 4-20 m/min Use of cooling emulsion 6-8 %, or alternatively oil cooling. With lubrication grooves

For all malleable materials with strain of at least 6 % (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, aluminium alloys etc.) for non-cutting manufacture of female threads up to max. 2.5 x dia. M3-M10
