For securing components in perforated brick and lightweight or autoclaved aerated concrete
The perforated brick anchor is the optimal fastening solution for perforated blocks and autoclaved aerated concrete, but also for concrete and solid blocks. Due to the long expansion area and the very high holding power, the perforated brick anchor offers safe and reliable fastening. The force distribution in the brick is uniform and non-damaging in four directions. The multiple expansion is made possible by two 2x split expansion bodies, which are offset by 90°, with movable rotors and flexible wall plug shaft. The wall plug shaft allows problem-free coverage of plaster, tiles, screed etc., which makes this expansion anchor particularly versatile. The rotors reliably prevent rotating in the drill hole.
Application area:
For mounting
suspended items, pictures, sheet metal, letter boxes, clothes rails, curtain rails, towel holders, lights, metal brackets, racks, pipe clamps, skirting boards, temperature sensors etc.
in
vertically perforated brick, solid block, concrete, lightweight concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete etc.
Advantages:
- Ideal for perforated blocks, autoclaved aerated concrete, flaky and porous construction materials as well as mixed masonry
- Extremely high holding power in perforated blocks
- Two expansion zones for uniform force distribution in four directions
- Rotor blocks prevent rotating in the drill hole
- 100 % nylon
- Long expansion area over several webs for secure anchorage
- High temperature resistance from -40 °C to +100 °C
- Chemical-resistant
- Pre-positioned and in-place installation possible
Advice:
The specified holding power refers to the use of wood screws with max. diameter.
The effective anchorage depth of the anchor must be maintained.
The drilling procedure and the drilling hole cleaning must be adapted to the construction material
The recommended loads apply only to installation in the construction material, not for installation in joints
Approved anchors must be used for safety-relevant mountings
